The Drama of Girls

5 minutes after returning from Target for those 'have to have goggles'...

"Um Mom, I don't want to wear goggles after all to swimming lessons, m'kay?"

"Milan, did you break your goggles?"

"You CUT YOUR NEW GOGGLES?!"

"PLEASE MOMMMY...puh-lease don't put this on the BLOOOGGGGGG!"

How funny - my kiddos still live blissfully unaware of what a blog is. They get that sometimes mommy writes things for money, but the rest, nope....

I wonder why she cut them? She just wanted to see what would happen? Kids can do the darndest things - lol.

Hahahahaha! That is too cute and funny! David is the one in my house that sometimes says "You're not going to put this in our blog, are you???" Ha! :) Of course I AM!

My 10 years old son could care less if I blog about him. He sees it as his moment of fame in a way.

My daughter is fourteen and always asks if I'm gonna put this or that on my blogs.

Usually I just let them know if I did. Sometimes I do ask their permission though if it is something I think is personal.

Side note ~ Thanks for all of your sweet comments today. And I have to add that your daughter is adorable even when she is getting busted ;-)

I know this was a traumatic moment but...is it so horrible that I am ROTFL over this?

Really, I thought only boys did such things. :)

Did she have an explanation for why she cut them?

Isn't it funny/frustrating how their minds work sometimes!

ROTFL!! Remember hoppity hops? My sister had one and she sat in the corner one day, poking a gajillion little holes in it with a pin (jewelery). We still laugh about that, although it rendered the hoppity hop pretty useless! Pump it up, bounce around a little, lose the air, and repeat.

I've got a seven-year-old daughter.

Your post is funny because it's absolutely true!

I'd be a little upset that she cut them. But, I had to giggle at the pics. ;)

Oh no!

My oldest always rips the straps off & then she suction cups them to her face somehow? They are the ones that cover the nose as well.

My kids don't know I blog, they'd kill me. My family doesn't know as well either. I do product reviews & they are always like how do you get all that stuff? I say that I write reviews, but nobody has figured out where yet, lol.

I'm just smirking at the fact that there are pictures of your sweet little girl crying. That means that while you were talking and she was getting upset, you were snapping off pictures and planning what captions you would use :) Obviously you are a blogging Mommy!!!
