Defeated by a 5 Year Old

My child the interior decorator... Can you guess which part she would have changed?

Bwaahhhh that is too funny. Love their faces.
No idea what she would change because I think it is adorable.

Maybe she got her designing talent from some long, lost cousin who is crazy? Because I think it is freaking adorable! I love it.

Hmmm, let me guess. She didn't like the tree?

CUTE! I think she would have moved the tree.

love your new decor! I think she would change the tree too!

Is she thinking that the tree is just a tad too "Viney"?

My vote is the sign: I am the tree ...

But personally, I wouldn't change a thing!! Looks great to me, but then what do I know? I'm ancient.

I would not change a thing and love the look but I can't help but laugh at the interior decorating crews visiul opinions.
so, she didn't like the tree is my guess.

No idea, I think it looks great!
This reminds me of my girls who sometimes say about a new recipe "Mom, I really like this [polite pause] only...I don't like it." LOL!

She would have chosen a cartoon theme? LOL - it's cute. Don't ask the kids except in matters of cake or pie.

Oh that's good! I swear my kids do the same derned thing to me! Less now that they are older though.... 'cause I can pick on them now too! LOL

Such critics! I love it.

Yeah kids are better with decorating you know. YOu should listen! lol! My 4 year old has a different view on decorating too, so I've pretty much given up arranging her room because she kept re-arranging to suit her taste. Now if I was right, she think the frame being there looks stupid being next to a tree?

Angela DeRossett said...

Zen-- YES, you got it! She thinks the Home Sweet Home frame should come down, the tree should be in the middle and the houses on either side!

That's really funny. I love your style, it looks great even though the critics did not agree.

hehe That's cute. I love the pic with the ?'s over their head, made me laugh. And that little girly is scowling, gosh she doesn't like it! :)

So...did she win? Or is the HSH pic still part of the whole thing?? ;)

love how the pictures tell the story.

hey. if I decorated the way my daughter wanted me to everything would be pink, purple and covered with princess and unicorns. don't let her bother you. ;)

LOL! I think it looks lovely! I have no idea what she would have taken issue with! Love the look on her face...

Angela DeRossett said...

Fran... she did NOT win! LOL She gave me a bit of a worry of how it's going to be later in life when she's barking out orders at me on how I should dress...how I should act...why I should cover my grays...LOL!

I'm guessing the tree. I ENJOY the tree. It goes perfectly with the sign above. But maybe she doesn't get it?
Is that it?
Or maybe...

I'm guessing the tree, too.
(I don't have things on my walls. I'm boring and plain. I barely decorate for Christmas- the only holiday I deocrate, LOL)
