The damage has been done. There are many that aren't going to let go of that theory because it's been so popular.
Thank goodness. I'm so sick of people looking at me funny because I vaccinate my kids. Did NO ONE do a study on all the kids who are not vaccinated that still end up with autism? No? Someone should. I have MANY friends with autistic kids that were never vaccinated. And no one knows why.BTW, my RSS feed wasn't working. I had no idea you were updating for the past six weeks!
What about poeple looking at you funny because you don't vaccinate? ...It is a personal choice...I chose not to and I never hear the end of it!
Hi Kristy!I am pro-vaccines BUT I certainly believe parents have the rights to choose for their children. (No matter what the topic.) My main point regarding the vaccines is the mercury scare--people shouldn't base that choice off of misinformation. Unfortunately David Kirby's book led many, many people not to seek further information therefore leading to blind choices.
Parents need to have acurate informations to beable to make an informed choice. So i fear April is right and the damage has already been done.
I am not anti vaccine either - I just wish they would space them out a little more (or at least test for mitochondrial disease first). I mean, for goodness sakes, my kitten's veterinarian is more careful then my son's pediatrician was! My son is a fragile X carrier so I am more interested in how that may have played a part in his PDD-NOS dx.
